SEWER SCOPE INSPECTIONS
Video inspection of the main sewer lateral lines interior from the structure to the street connection looking for defects, breaks, blockages, bellies, and root intrusions. MOLD AIR & SURFACE INSPECTIONS/AIR QUALITY
Collection of Surface (Slides/swabs) and/or Air samples using a bio-pump for laboratory analysis. Includes laboratory report of mold spore types and counts present. Includes visual inspection for mold and it's causes/possible solutions, report with laboratory analysis and recommendations for Mold problems identified.
$320. (with home inspection) Initial (2 bio-cassettes (1 for control purposes)/or up to (2) surface samples // $85. Each additional Air or Surface sample. $380. (without home inspection)

RADON TESTING w/DETAILED REPORT
This a 48-hour test utilizing several state-of-the-art Radon Gas detectors set up in strategic locations throughout the structure and monitored remotely for 48 hours, includes Report.
Radon is a naturally occurring Radioactive gas that is released when uranium, thorium, and radium break down in the soil rock or water. It is then released into the air and can enter a home through the floor without mitigation systems installed. The gas is odorless, tasteless, and invisible. Radon gas has been proven to cause lung cancer. Concentrations of radon gas very greatly from one residence to the next and one area to the next. Any amount of Radon is harmful according to the EPA. They recommend considering mitigation systems for levels between (2.0-3.99 pCi/L). The S. Coast of Oregon is listed in a "Low" radon zone, but some residences have been found with elevated levels requiring mitigation systems. I routinely find homes just below that threshold (4.0 pCi/L). The only way to know the radon levels in your home is by testing. Radon gas is a known cause of cancer. *Requires (2) property visits/accesses
