**PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A REQUEST FOR AN INSPECTION AND APPOINTMENT TIMES REQUESTED MUST BE APPROVED BY THE HOME INSPECTOR. Upon approval of this inspection booking, an email will be sent to the email address you provide. It will contain links to both sign the necessary paperwork/contract and a secure payment method. Once this is complete your inspection is scheduled. The agreement and payment must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the inspection. State law & insurance requires a signed agreement prior to the inspection.

**Please ensure that the time and date are available with the current owners. This is usually accomplished by having your Broker contact the Sellers Broker to arrange access. It is important that access is given to ALL areas of the home and any other structures to be inspected. This includes but is not limited to clear access to attics, under home crawl spaces, electrical panels, roofs, garages, shops, water heaters, Heat pumps and furnaces. An average inspection with Home Inspect LLC lasts approx. 3-4 hrs but can take longer depending upon the size of the home, out buildings, # of electric sub panels, etc. Any questions please feel free to call the number below...
