A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive examination of the accessible areas of a residential   property and home. This inspection is designed to identify defects within a specific system or component as defined by the Standard Operating Procedures SOP as outlined by InterNACHI and the State of Oregon, that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. The inspection is based on the observations made on the date of the inspection and not a prediction of future conditions.
